Pricing basics
Why do your packages say “from”?
Our packages show a starting price. Your final price depends on the car you choose, your date, how far we travel and how long you’d like us. We’ll always confirm your exact price in your personalised quote before you book, with no surprises.
Can I book by the hour instead of a package?
Absolutely, contact us for prices.
Packages are a great option if you’d like everything planned for you. Hourly hire suits you if you already know exactly what you need.
Can you tailor a package for us?
Yes, every booking can be tailored. Tell us your plans (pickups, photo stops, venues, timings) and we’ll put together a quote that fits your day.
Extra time
Can we add extra time to a package?
Yes. If you add extra time when you book, you get our discounted package extension rate:
- Mustang or Cadillac Convertible: $180 per extra hour
- Limousines: $200 per extra hour
- Grand Convoy (both cars): $400 per extra hour
What if we run over on the day?
We’ll always do our best to accommodate you, subject to our next booking. Extra time on the day is charged in 30-minute blocks. If you think you might need more time, it’s cheaper to add it when you book.
Peak season & travel
Is there a minimum booking time?
During peak season (September to November, plus Saturdays from February to May) all bookings have a 2-hour minimum. Outside peak season, 1-hour bookings are welcome.
How are school balls and formals priced?
Formals are a flat rate per car with a 1 hour minimum and in peak season peak season rates of minimum $500 booking. Extended waiting between drop-off and collection is quoted separately.
Do you charge for travel?
The first 30 km each way is included. Beyond that, travel is $1 per km each way, rounded to the nearest $10. We’ll include this in your quote.
Multiple cars
Is there a discount for booking more than one car?
Yes! When you book two or more cars, you’ll save 20% on the cheapest car. Our Grand Convoy wedding package is a ready-made two-car option, from $1,395.
What’s included
What comes with every booking?
Every car comes with a professional chauffeur, chilled water, umbrellas and an emergency kit.
What extras are included for weddings?
Wedding bookings include your choice of ribbon colours, a red carpet and towels. Limousine wedding bookings also include complimentary sparkling wine for the celebration.
Booking & payment
How do we secure our date?
A 20% deposit secures your booking and is due within 3 days of your booking confirmation.
When is the balance due?
The balance is due 2 weeks before your event. If your event is less than 2 weeks away when you book, the balance is due together with your deposit (within 3 days of confirmation).
